We select the Charolais breeders of the SCEA RIOTTE-SCHRAPFER for several years in association with Dr Esmor EVANS (Meardy Herd - Wales), one of the most famous in Great Britain.

The selection is done following these criterias:

• Maternal capacities: bulls stemming from lineages recognized for them maternal qualities

• Purebred qualities: head, self-assurances, lines, sharpness of skin

• Scrawny development: size, length

• Muscular development: thickness of the top

• Performances: growth, food efficiency (capacity in the transformation)
